Help Get Isabel to Costa Rica

This might be the first time you are hearing this, and I'm sorry you are hearing it this way, but sadly our Tita, Isabel Rivera,  has been given only a short time left to live. Isabel has been battling a horrible bacteria in her lungs and the antibiotic treatment she was receiving did not work, so any further treatment has been stopped and she's been placed in hospice care. Isabel has expressed that what she wants most of all is to go back home to Costa Rica. She had planned on going home once she retired, but her sickness was unexpected. We have hospice and her stay set-up already in Costa Rica. We are only asking if you would like to help, the flight and transport costs are what will add up. Isabel will go once to Costa Rica, attended by my husband David (her son), and he'll have to return along with other family members, depending on her future health.
