Tim Smith….what more do you need to say?

Tim Smith is a great father, a loving brother, and an amazing friend. He is a kind natured man who can always be counted on to step up when someone needs help, no matter how big or small the project is. How many times has Tim been there for you? He’s helped most of us with home improvements, plumbing projects, or just lending a listening ear when something’s on your mind.Friends, it’s time that we return the favor. Tim needs our help!
Tim was unexpectedly diagnosed with stage 3 Colorectal Cancer earlier this year. He has started the fight against cancer with 12 weeks of chemotherapy treatment and is scheduled to start radiation therapy and another form of chemotherapy on Aug 14th followed by surgery sometime in October.

How can you help?

You can help in a few ways. You can help by continuing to pray for Tim and his family’s health and strength to get through this battle. You can help by offering emotional support..ie...listen to them, bringing a meal etc. You can also help by donating to this campaign.

The cost of cancer treatment is staggering. Tim has had to take time off of work for treatment, and missing work means that his income has been substantially impacted. By contributing to this campaign, you will allow Tim and his family to spend time and energy focusing on beating cancer, rather than worrying about the mounting bills. Tim would never ask for financial assistance, but this is a small way for his friends and family to give back to Tim and help him during his time of need. We are not sure what extent the bills will be (it is safe to assume it will well be over the goal) but every bit of donation helps.
