On September 17th 2014 I had a Massive Heart Attack at age 46. (The same heart attack that killed my Grandmother in her early 40's) I was rushed by ambulance to the ER and immediately rushed into Surgery where I had 3 Stents implanted to open my main LAD artery that had 100% blockage. (The Widow Maker) I am one of only 2% that survive this type of Heart Attack. After 3 days in the ICU, I was told upon my release that I may need a fibulator if the heart does not pump correctly after healing.  I have been diagnosed with Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol. I have not been able to have a much needed follow up with  my heart specialist because of lack of funds and insurance and an overdue bill from the hospital, I did not have insurance and am still having trouble getting affordable insurance that is required to be seen to cover the initial visit with the specialist of $480. I have been having arrhythmias, heart palpatations and skips for months now following this heart attack and stent insertions, I am avoiding the ER so at to not add to my overdue medical bills. Following this appt with my symptoms, I have been told by a kind hearted family physician who saw me for a quick low charge visit, that I need another angeoplasty so that they can see what is going on and why I am not getting better.     I have been the caretaker to my disabled husband for the past 9 years who has battled 3 Cancers, Rheumatoid Arthritis Degenerative Disc Disease Chronic Osteomyolitis, Chronic Cellelitis among many other health issues. So needless to say my health had not been a priority for the past 10 years. After raising two amazing children Ashlee and Jeffrey Jr and taking care of them into adulthood then jumping straight to taking care of my disabled husband I was not the priority.  I now need to be that priority if I plan on sticking around for my family. We are living off of my husbands disablity check (which barely covers the rent)  since the depletion of all our savings and assets with all of the health care copays between myself and my disabled husband. Since my heart attack I have not been able to work to provide myself with insurance and don't see that being able to happen any time soon in the near future with my health issues. I am humbled and have finally reached the limit to where I need to ask for help. So I am asking for your help. Anything that you can give would be greatly appreciated. This will be a long journey for us all, but I hope to get the answers that I need, to do that it will take many appts and tests and surgeries and procedures to make me "whole" again. I cannot afford to have stress' in my life yet this has caused me the greatest  stress and anxiety I have ever had to experience next to my husbands 3 Cancers (he just was told he may now have bladder Cancer after his prostate removal for Prostate Cancer at 51 years old.)  I truly appreciate any and all help with my medical bills past and future (I owe a balance to the hospital $25K still, the heart specialist $2,700 and the ambulance $667) and everything else that goes along with this new journey to making me whole again and keeping me alive. I have always been a proud and self sufficient person, but I have come to the realization that I cannot do this alone and I need help and after being the caretaker for so many years, I am now a survivor and I need to continue to survive. Anything will help me at this point, $10, $20, $50 whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to any and all who can help me in my journey to health, life and longevity and to stick around for my amazingly wonderful husband of 27 years Jeff and my two beautiful children. Thank you all. I love you. <3
