The Vegetable Express is a mobile food trailer that will be opening in the fall of 2017 in Boulder county, Colorado. Owner/Operators Jason Milner and Kara Kessler hope to educate others about the positive impacts of a plant based diet, on a personal and planetary level. As the philosopher Hippocrates once said “Let food be thy medicine”.
By offering healthy and delicious vegan meals, the food trailer will cater to a demand for allergen-free foods that taste and feel good. Food that brings friends, family and strangers together to create a conscious community of people, one meal at a time.
Funds that are raised will be used to help get our mobile food trailer started, and will assist us in purchasing a generator, equipment and cooking supplies. We hope to raise enough money to start our business by the first week in October, 2017, so that we can start healing people through food!
Any support given is greatly appreciated, and will be used to fuel our dream, our business, and our mission. We are grateful to everyone who has helped us thus far, and thankful for all of the support from our friends and family.
