The Miles Family is in need of our help friends and family, anything you can do to help get them through these difficult times is much appreciated. As some of you may or may not have been aware;
...On January 8th, 2018 Bradley (Lisa Thomas-Miles' Husband) had a colonoscopy/endoscopy. The Doctor discovered a 'suspicious' mass about the size of a tennis ball. PET scan showed it was cancer. Surgery was scheduled for Jan 18th to remove it.
On January 17th, Lisa took Bradley to the ER because as suspected his colon was completely obstructed. He was admitted and had surgery on January 18th to remove 1/2 of his colon, lymp nodes and his appendix. Because of the grapefruit size area they removed the surgeon was not able to do it laparoscopically as planned. Bradley has an incision from his chest to below his belly button, he had 26 staples and a 6 night stay in the hospital. He's scheduled to start chemo around the week of February 12.
January 26th Brad and Lisa met with oncologist and discussed the PET scan findings.

Cancer in both his lungs
Cancer in his liver
Cancer in his ribs that could have traveled to his bones
Brad and Lisa agree that whatever is ahead of us is going to be hard. The have talked with a mindset that we will be matter a fact about the future and what they need to do for Lisa and the kids if/when he dies. We need to be prepared for anything. Sometimes cancer wins but sometimes it cant find the paperwork to send you off.
We are all praying for Brad & the Miles family, they have a lot to deal with, please keep them close in thought and prayers and keep sending those good vibes they need them more than ever. We love you Brad & Lisa, continue to remain strong together as the amazing team you are!
