Since day one, TheJumperStore has given back to over 40 non-profit organizations located in the communities we serve. We have provided volunteer work, food drives, coat drives, special pricing, and donations to help support their mission.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, TheJumperStore has been supporting Hospitals and front-line workers by providing free rentals such as concessions to enjoy during meal breaks and rest periods. Giving back is part of our culture and will continue to be a focus.
Unfortunately, the Coronavirus has impacted TheJumperStore in a negative way. The business has experienced tremendous revenue losses and business services. The company savings have been exhausted and the business is staying afloat from Steve’s emergency savings. Those savings are quickly depleting and the monthly expenses are accruing rapidly.

Our Pledge
We are pledging to give 10% of your donation back to the community in the form of masks and hand sanitizers. Additionally, we are extending the donation of our party rental equipment to all Hospitals in greater Chicago to support our courageous front line workers through the end of the year.
Story Behind the Concept
TheJumperStore idea started 13 years ago when the founder Steve was planning his son's 3rd birthday. As a father of 5, Steve was no stranger to the party planning process. During his research and while calling around various party rental companies, he found the process difficult and frustrating. The companies he called had a limited selection and were requiring deposits that were 50% of the rental cost. Additionally, the staff he interacted with were not helpful and provided a poor customer experience. Finally, when the bounce house was delivered, it was the wrong one that represented a different theme. Steve knew he was not alone and recognized this poor experience was happening to others as well.
It was at that time that Steve realized he could create a quality party rental company that would deliver a better customer experience. Within the next year, Steve got to work on the planning and concept of the business and TheJumperStore was born. Steve focused on 5 key equities that would address the challenges he encountered when trying to make a reservation. The key equities are,
