Rebuild The Island Market

Port Aransas residents Morgan Faulkner and Brittany Tupaj worked for years to fulfill their dream of opening up an affordable smoothie, juice and food store for their local community. Port Aransas is a small island community on the Gulf Coast of Texas with less than 5,000 residents. Although it's a popular tourist desination, it's very limited in terms of healthy food options.

Morgan & Brittany opened The Island Market Smoothie and Juice Bar in January 2017. Just 7 months later, Hurricane Harvey completey flooded the shop. About 5.5 feet of flood water from the storm destroyed everything inside. The store is not insured becuse of the elevtion being below the flood line. That said, they don't know if or when they'll be opening back up unless we can help them with the cost of flood restoration.

This couple has done so much for the Port A Community between the Texas Surf Camps and The Island Market.

Please kindly help them to rebuild their business!

I'm a close friend and former college roomate of Brittany Tupaj's. I live in Dripping Springs Texas. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Brittany & Morgan for restoration and appliances. The entire Port A community will benefit from your help. We are aiming to hit the goal by September 15th. My withdrawl plan to get the funds from the campaign to Morgan and Brittany is to use the GoFundMe beneficiary tool to give them direct access to the funds raised.
