My name is Garvin Reid and I am a past presenter at two of The Black Man Can Institutes. Both of which have been in New York (Hofstra University and CUNY Hunter).
As a believer in The Bronx, I belive it's time to bring this great event to my home borough. We have negotiated terms with Fordham Prep High School to host this event on their campus and so far it's a go. We now need your help in funding the days activities. Your donation will go towards: confirming the reservation for the venue space, breakfast, lunch, books , and ties for every young man that participates. You will also be helping us fund small tokens of appreciation for the speakers that host each workshop.
I truly hope that you are able to find it in your heart to be an agent of change. The next generation needs us. The Bronx needs us!
