Cherrie Kaylor is a wife, a mother, a nana, a missionary and a humanitarian. She is known to so many as "Mama Cherrie”, where she was bestowed this name from her unconditional love and mothering towards everyone she meets. Cherrie has committed her life to giving to others. She has impacted thousands through teaching, prayer, counseling and her ministry Hope Makes A Difference. Through this they have helped with food, teachings, clothing, medical needs and fresh water systems. 

If you are reading this, you are probably a friend, someone who has been impacted by her loving heart or someone who has seen the difference she has made in someones life. After 40 plus years of ministry she has had to dramatically scale back on her ministry and availability for so many. The decades of what sometimes felt like endless travel and airline flights, have taken a great physical toll. 

It’s no secret to most, that for the past 30 years she has dealt with severe chronic pain and as of late, it has become an intense struggle and at times debilitating. Most days she lives with a constant pain level of 7 or 8 and unfortunately many days at a 10. The pain has increased so substantially that to a point many days it seems like looking towards the future it could only continue to get worse.

Cherrie has undergone surgeries, several dozen rounds of shots and tried everything else possible associated with trying to get the pain under control. Between doctors, surgeons and specialists she has undergone 6 surgeries in the past 5 years with no lasting improvement.

In the midst of all these trials we have finally found hope. Stem Cell Theropy is a medically proven treatment for spinal repair as well as joint and arthritis treatment. Her main issues, as well as underlying issues, have been from the degeneration of her disc and vertebra in her neck and spine. Even after treatments, severe inflammation, arthritis and bone spurs continue to spread throughout her body.

Stem Cell Therapy has been developed from taking the stem cells from the embryonic cord blood from live births, which contain the building blocks for repair and rebuilding, and using them to repair  severe issues in peoples bodies. It has stoped countless scheduled surgeries due simply to the fact that the stem cells actually rebuilt the affected areas of the body and organs. 

Unfortunately, the cost of the therapy is not covered by her insurance. 

All of the treatments she will need, will be have to be paid out of pocket. We are not going to let this stop her from getting treatment, but we cannot do it alone. With the final decision of “we have got to at least try” we are asking for any assistance you may feel led to give. Cherrie keeps holding tight to a vision she had as a young woman that she would be walking and ministering in Africa while in her 90’s. This is her destiny, we are holding tight to that promise.
