On April 4th, Jennifer’s beautiful 25 year old daughter and best friend Hayleigh, passed away suddenly. Hayleigh leaves behind her baby girl Dayva and her 7 year old son Jadis. As if this tragedy is not horrible enough, Jen is going to have to incur a burdensome debt just to see her daughter one last time and say a proper goodbye. Hayleigh passed away 1,500 miles away in Florida and Jennifer is in Massachusetts. Jen needs and wants to honor Hayleigh in a traditional way but in order to accomplish this Jen needs our help. During the course of planning to bring Hayleigh home, Jen learned that Hayleigh was no longer covered under her burial insurance. Like most of us, Jen does not have thousands of dollars to spare, even though she works very hard for the Worcester County Probate Court Probation Department. Any money we raise will go towards bringing Hayleigh home and giving her a proper burial. None of us should ever have to lose a child, let alone be burdened with the cost and constant reminder of a debt this large which could take years to pay off. Would you please consider easing Jen’s burden by donating any amount possible? Together we can give Jen the ability and freedom to grieve this unthinkable loss and focus on raising her grandson Jadis. All proceeds from this campaign will go toward giving Hayleigh her final resting place. Any proceeds leftover from this campaign will go directly into an account for Jadis. Thank you in advance for your time, kindness and generosity.
UPDATE: Due to the contributions and generosity of outside donations, mainly from Jen’s work family at the Worcester County Courthouse, this campaign has been reduced further. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to help my friend in her time of need.
