The Daisy Fund

I am trying to raise money for the MaxFund No Kill Animal Shelter here in Denver in memory of my little dog Daisy who was hit and killed by a car recently. Daisy was the love of my life and my best friend. She not only shared her incredible love with me but with everyone she came in contact with. She was the brightest of souls and gave so much to this world I thought it appropriate to give back in her name.

I know how important our pets are to us and I couldn't think of a better way to memorialize Daisy then to try to raise funds for an organization that humanly cares for animals that have been lost or given up.

In 2012, 470 dogs and 522 cats were adopted from MaxFund, and they spayed/neutered 3,842 dogs and cats. Since inception, they've found great forever homes for 26,317 dogs and cats, and spayed/neutered 30,159!

I am asking that everyone give what they can in memory of your best friend. Leave a note and let me know how your pet transformed your life. My goal is to raise $14,465.00 which was Daisy's dog tag number here in Denver. Please share this as a link on your Facebook page with all your Denver friends.
