Thailand Safe Home

In Dec 2017, we made a trip to the remote part of Northeast Thailand. The impact on us was greater than we could imagined & hence the birth of this project.

The home that we visited houses about 80 young girls from the hilltribes, aged 6-17 yrs from various part of northeast of Thailand, providing them shelter, education and a hope for a better future. The stories of what some of these girls have been through had compelled us to do something to help them. Northeast Thailand tops the list for under aged sex exploitation according to a UN report.

Thailand Safe Home aims to  raise funds to support ongoing activities in this home. Currently they are building a kitchen/dining area as the existing area is overutilised. Various stages can only be progressed according to funds available to them.

All funds donated will go fully into supporting the girls & you will be able to journey with us the progress through updates posted here.  We will also be planning a visit to this place in 2019. You are invited to come and be a part of this cause to experience this yourself.

Kong and I value your support and many heartfelt thanks to your generosity.
