Team Rylan for Adam's Camp 2014

Hello! Thank you all SO much for your donation! I am trying to raise money for my 4 year old son, Rylan, to go to camp this summer, 2014. This isn't just any ordinary camp though, this is a therapeutic camp that Rylan can benefit from! Rylan has Cerebal Palsy and severe hearing loss. Adam's Camp is a specified camp that is for special needs children. Adam;s camp offers speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy in very creative ways that these special needs children are not used to. For example, horse back riding, swimming, music therapy etc. Rylan will receive intensive therapies, get to socialize amongst other special needs children AND get to have his Mom(me) and little brother up there with him. His little brother, Jayden will be able to attend a sibling camp that Adam's Camp offers as well. It is very rare we get to do anything as a family, just due to the intensive care Rylan needs on a 24/7 basis. Not only do I want my son to experience this opportunity but also for us to finally be able to do something together, as a unit. We have always been a unit but there are a lot of activities that we have to do separately due to Rylan's inability to do them. I am excited to see if we can meet this goal for Rylan, we have ALOT of friends and family that support us so I am very positive about doing this fundraiser! Not only for funding but get to be able to spread awareness about Cerebal Palsy to the community we live in. Not many people have knowledge of what it is, how it is caused and what there is to help this medical condition. If you ask anyone that has been able to have the blessing to meet my son they will all tell you what a special spirit Rylan has and what an absolute sweetheart he is. There is no way for us to communicate with Rylan, we are currently exploring different options. However, Rylan has a smile on his face NO MATTER WHAT. Every day he smiles, which then makes me smile. Our journey has been tough but we always have smiles on our faces. If Rylan can smile through everything he has been through and his daily struggle, so can I. So lets make this opportunity happen for my little boy and give him an experience he will never forget!!! I know we can do it! Thank you all SOOO much for all your help and encouragement! TEAM RYLAN!
