Scott and Mollie Hoar are the parents of three beautiful daughters, Harper (4), Frankie (3) and Charlie (8 months).  Mollie  was diagnosed with a Clear Cell Sarcoma behind her right knee several months ago.  Sarcoma is a rare cancer, approximately 1% of all cancers are Sarcomas and Clear Cell  account for approximately 1% of all Sarcomas.
Mollie has been undergoing radiation treatment at the Taussig Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio with the support of her husband Scott and daughters. Waking up every morning at 4:30am so Scott and the girls can accompany her to  daily radiation treatment before they begin their day. She will undergo surgery in late August to remove the tumor and bypass the artery that the tumor is consuming. Her recovery will require an extended stay in the hospital and she will be restricted to a wheel chair for at least a month after in hopes of saving her leg.
We are fund raising to assist the family in the cost of medical treatment, rehab and long term follow-up care as well as in home help while Mollie is wheel chair restricted.
Thank you so much for your interest in Mollie's story.
