I need help to travel for Heart surgery.

Hi, my name is Joseph John Noguet. I am 21 years young from Juneau, Alaska. I am currently a federal employee at the United Stated Postal Service. I don't get benefits for another year. Since my incident, they have cut my hours from 8+ to only up to 3. This left me in a financial stump and I need help.  I have had five open heart surgeries, and I am now expecting to have my sixth. I was born with Pulmonary Atresia. It is a form of heart disease that occurs from birth, in which the Pulmonary valve does not form. My first open heart surgery, they inserted a shunt to help the right side of my heart pump out blood. and the following four surgeries were to maintain and stay on top of my shunts. But, my fifth surgery was 11 years ago when I was 10 years old..... On July 6th 2014, I woke up to attend my church and I realized that I was having really intense heart palpitations. Enough for me to not go to church and worry all day in bed. Long story short, after a couple appointments, I am now taking medications and I am in need of financial help. I need to fly to Seattle Washington and I will possibly need someone to help me, for this is a hard time for me and I honestly am scared to be alone.
