Jaxon is an amazing little angel that was born January 31, 2014. Jaxon was born prematurely and diagnosed with Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome) and a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) at birth. On June 9, 2014, Jaxon underwent open-heart surgery to repair the very large VSD. Jaxon's mom is a single working mother and we need your monetary support to help with co-pays, therapy cost, and other out-of-pocket expenses. Jaxon's mom does not rely on ANY government assistance as a working mom with one child.
