Caleb was born to Lisa Swartz Post (Korean Adoptee and teacher from Michigan) and Chris Post on August 5th, 2013. At 4 months old, he had an ultrasound that revealed a large pediatric ependymoma tumor in the back of his head. Days before Christmas, he underwent surgery to remove the tumor, followed by multiple rounds of chemotherapy. And on August 25th, 2014, the Posts learned the devastating news that the Ependymoma tumor is back.
Beyond prayers and positivity, we unfortunately cannot help make this cancer disappear. But we can band together to help the financial element become less of a stressor for the Posts as they have so much more to contend with on a daily basis.
These people are fighting every day to get up, look their beautiful child in his eyes, and hope for better times to come. Hospital trips, time off work, and medical bills have taken their toll. Let's help relieve some of the burden. By donating, you really can make a big, direct impact.
If a potato salad can raise over $40k, surely we can work hard to show that that real lives matter more.

Who/what is Lily Power?
Before Lisa was adopted out of Korea, she spent time at the White Lily Orphanage. In 2006 another adoptee visited the orphanage and blogged about it. Several people connected to her through their search for info on their own history, which spawned an online group in which now over one hundred of us connect daily from around the world. We have become extended family, offering friendship and a wide range of support. We are Lily Power, looking out for our sister, and hope you will join this effort.
