2024 U18 Provincial Champs off to Nationals

Team BC1 - Team Bexk will be representing BC Proud at the upcoming U18 Canadian Curling Championships in Ottawa, Ontario from February 04-10, 2023.

Led by Curl BC Coach Dale Hofer, Kaiden Beck (17), Ethan Chiu (17), Nolan Beck (16), and Harrison Hyrnew (17) are looking at bringing home gold.

Team Beck will also be participating in the upcoming U21 BC Curling Provincial Championships Feb 14-18 in Salmon Arm, BC where they hope to also be crowned U21 Provincial Champions. If successful, the team will again represent BC at Canadian Nationals to be held in Fort McMurray AB in March 2023.

Extensive time, training and multiple regional and provincial competitions result in a large financial commitment by the players and their families, so we are respectfully asking for your support for donations.

Donations will be used to help offset costs to send the team and their coach to Timmins Ontario. Examples of costs incurred by the team for this trip would be: equipment, coaching, flights, rental car, accommodations, food and miscellaneous expenditures for 11 days. Estimated cost to be between $12,000 - $15,000 for team, coach and 3 parent groups.
