Tadah's Road to Recovery

On August 12th just south of Eagleville, I was hauling Tadah, my 6 year old barrel horse, to a nearby barn, when we were struck by a car trying to pass us. My trailer flipped causing parts of it to cave in and trap Tadah inside. After many long hours, and lots of generous help from amazing police officers, firefighters, witnesses and friends, we were able to remove Tadah from the overturned trailer. As expected, Tadah experienced significant damage and trauma from the accident. It is going to be a very long road to recovery, but she is a survivor. Tadah is my best friend and the most amazing horse I have ever had the privilege of owning. We have been through so much together over the last few years. She is currently in the best care with Equine Services LLC. I know the expenses will be larger than my mother is prepared to handle as I will be heading to college next year. As I have had many people wondering how they can help, this is
how. The goal I have set is the minimum amount needed for immediate surgical care. Any funds exceeding that amount will be donated to rehabilitation, the charity of my choosing, and especially Equine Services LLC for everything they have done. I am scared as to what is in front of us, but with the support of those around us, I know we can do this together! Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
