THANK YOU HERO

"The only easy day was yesterday." This is a well known Navy SEAL mantra and while Galen is a Marine, he seemingly always gravitates, then travels the most difficult roads. From joining the Marine Corps, then volunteering and being selected to Recon, to being selected and completing scout/sniper training, to deploying to combat, to getting out, then going right back in, to gaining admission to one of the best engineering programs, to graduating from it. Galen is never in short supply of adversity. Yet for all that know him, we know that he would have it no other way.

This is why we want to honor him. It's not only to serve as an incredible graduation present from Cal Poly, but to say THANK YOU for all of the hard days you've had willingly. THANK YOU for fighting and giving so much to our country, and THANK YOU for showing what true character looks like.

We would like this "thank you" to manifest its self in collectively compiling a beautiful chunk of money that we can pay for Galen and Katie to take a truly once-in-a-lifetime vacation. It's not often that we are all presented with the opportunity to give to such a great cause, and we hope you'll all help us get to our goal. Together we can provide this huge THANK YOU.
