The Tour de Munster for MooreHaven

Hi All, on August 10th I'll embark on an epic 640km cycle around Munster!! Over 4 long days we will traverse the high roads and byroads, up the mountains and down the valleys. Using every ounce of blood, sweat and tears possible........It's probably not going to be as daunting as that, but it'll be 7-8 hours cycling for 4 days which is something I haven't done before.
What's it all for? The Tour de Munster is a massive fundraising effort for the Down Syndrome Munster branches. Close to €2million has been raised over the last 8 years alone. This year they have allowed the cyclists to also raise funds for charities close to their own hearts. The MooreHaven Centre in Tipperary is very close to my heart. It is the adult learning centre where my sister Sarah has attended for the last 4 years.
The MooreHaven Centre is a Centre for adults in the mild to moderate range of intellectual disability.
They provide a day service for over 100 adults and a residential service for 19 adults attending the day service from a catchment area that extends for a radius of up to 30 miles from Tipperary Town. (www.moorehaven.ie)
The adults that attend learn valuable life skills, working and leading structured normal lives. Without a Centre such as MooreHaven, this might not be possible.
I've already fully paid to enter this tour, so every donation is going straight to The Moorehaven Centre. I am hoping to raise a €1 per kilometre, so anything that can help me on my way to that target will be greatly appreciated.
