TCS Parents,
As many of you have heard, it has come to our attention that the teachers at TCS have not been paid for the month of June, and are not expecting to receive any salary. After talking with several parents, we would like to try and raise some funds specifically for the teachers to help bridge the gap for June and their unfortunate job search.
We know that at least Ms. Stevens, Ms. Hiland, Ms. Schaefer, and Ms. Ishida did not receive their salaries. Any funds raised here will be shared among the teachers based on what they were owed for the month of June, while we are waiting on some exact figures, we should be able to cover all slaaries and a little extra if we can raise $15,000.
I understand that some folks may have already donated or unable to, and completely understand. I personally am grateful for the consistency and support Sierra and James received from this wonderful group of teachers and am hoping we can help them out!
