<div>On October 1st, our family experienced a loss that we still don’t have the words to fully process. We lost our beloved Torrin after he fought an incredibly hard and aggressive battle with cancer.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anyone who knew Torrin knew how deeply he was loved. He was a son, a brother, a father, an uncle, a friend, and so much more to so many people. He fought with everything he had until he simply couldn’t fight anymore. Although our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that he is no longer in pain.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But in the midst of our grief, there is another heartbreak that weighs heavily on our family: six children now have to navigate life without their father.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Torrin leaves behind his beloved children:

</div>
<div>* Aubrey Gordon (step daughter)
</div>
<div>* Ava-Michelle Wells (step daughter)
</div>
<div>* Alysson-Michelle Young
</div>
<div>* Tori Linnet Young
</div>
<div>* Tyrin Young
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Six children who deserved more time with their dad. More birthdays, more holidays, more hugs, more laughter, more conversations, and more memories. Six children who should have had more opportunities to grow up with their father by their side, cheering them on, guiding them, protecting them, and celebrating every milestone along the way.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>There will be moments when they wish they could hear his voice, ask him for advice, share exciting news with him, or simply feel his arms around them one more time. Those are moments no child should have to face without their father, and no family is ever truly prepared for a loss like this.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Cancer took our brother, our mother’s son, and a father from six children who still need him.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While we know that nothing and no amount of money can ever replace Torrin or take away the pain his children will carry, we also know that love can show up in meaningful ways. It can provide support during difficult moments, help meet everyday needs, and remind his children that even though their father is no longer physically here, they are not alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As their family, we are committed to showing up for these children, pouring into them, protecting them, and making sure they continue to feel the love that surrounded their father. We want them to know that they have a family and a community standing behind them as they face a future none of us ever imagined.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That is why we are asking for your help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This GoFundMe is now dedicated to supporting Torrin’s six children as they adjust to life without their dad. The funds raised will go toward helping with their needs, providing stability, and supporting their well-being through the remainder of the year and beyond as our family continues to navigate this tremendous loss.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We understand that everyone may not be in a position to give, and that is okay. If you are able to contribute, please know that every donation, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated. Every contribution is an opportunity to help ease a burden for these children and remind them that they are loved, supported, and surrounded by people who care.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you cannot donate, sharing this fundraiser with others is another meaningful way to help. We ask that you also keep Torrin’s children, our mother, and our entire family in your prayers as we learn to live with a loss that has changed our lives forever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We never imagined we would have to say goodbye to Torrin this soon. We truly believed we had more time. His children deserved more time. They deserved to have their father here for the moments that lie ahead, and while we cannot change what has happened, we can do our best to help carry them through what comes next.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you to everyone who prayed for Torrin, checked on him, visited him, called, texted, and surrounded him and our family with love throughout his fight. Every prayer, every kind word, and every act of kindness meant more than you know.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As we continue to honor Torrin’s life and the love he leaves behind, we hope to turn some of our heartbreak into something that will make a difference in the lives of his children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Torrin’s life mattered. His love matters. And his children matter.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for loving Torrin, supporting his children, and standing beside our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Your generosity will help us continue showing his children that they are never alone and that their father’s love will always be a part of them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
