Dear friends and family,
I would love to invite you all into this new season of my life. Nine months ago, I took an incredibly large step outside my comfort zone and came to Herrnhut, Germany to join an organization known as Youth with a Mission (YWAM). When I came here in September, I began to step more into my true identity through teachings from international speakers as well as from the Truth itself: the Bible. I realized that I am a queen in Jesus' eyes, and I never want to live into anything less than that identity. He left a legacy and a path for us to step into, and likewise, we leave behind a legacy for our children to live into. I would like to encourage you all in saying that you were created for a greater purpose. You are royal men and women.
Romans 8:14-17 -- "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, 'Abba, Father.' The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs -- heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together."
After living in Liberia for two and a half months, the perspective I had of what it is to be a leader and who I am in Christ increased immensely, and I knew I wanted so much more. I dug deeper into my identity as a daughter of God and into the love He has for me. The town of Herrnhut, Germany is small, but there's something very special about it. After finishing my discipleship training school (DTS), I decided to return for another four months to a secondary school known as Kerusso School of the Kingdom. Being here has taken my relationship with God to a whole new level. I've gone through struggles of growing into my identity, but God is strengthening me through it. I've been able to cling onto His promises like I'm His daughter, He's not letting go of me, He is always with me, and I can rest in Him. It's been a beautiful journey. We learned so much during our lecture phase and are now able to take it to a whole new level of application as we go out into the world. Our school family was given three outreach location options: Brazil, India, and Eastern Europe. I will be going with four other teammates to Hungary and Poland! It is such an honor to bring the Kingdom to these places.
I am looking forward to taking what I've learned and not only share it with countries that are foreign to me but also to take it back home. I appreciate so much all who are praying for me, encouraging me, and supporting me financially. Through that you are furthering the Kingdom.
