This campaign has been created to raise funds for the legal costs and Visa application fees currently faced by our dear friend Keren Ashri.
Keren moved to New York City in 2005 to join the Abakuá Afro-Latin Dance Company and pursue a career as a professional dancer. Since then, she has continued working to support this passion and a dream which so many artists share. However, the financial burden she currently faces is too much for one person to handle alone.
Our goal is to help raise the total amount of $10,000 in two stages:
I. The initial amount of $3500, which is needed almost immediately to process Keren's Visa renewal.
II. The remaining balance of $6500, which will cover the application and legal fees for her Permanent US Residency.
With your donations we will not only keep this wonderful person here in the US, but also help an incredibly talented individual continue living her dream.
