Support for JimBo

We are dedicating Amaro Night at the Fish House in November, December, and January to an important member of our Fish House team. JimBo joined our kitchen family early in our story and brought so much life and laughter to the back of house. He is an extremely hard worker and always reliable. His dedication directly contributed to our success as a restaurant in this community that we love so much.

JimBo has been tragically diagnosed with ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord, and is no longer able to work in our kitchen. He is young, full of life and spirit, and part of our Fish House Family. Please consider making a donation to our campaign and join us for Amaro Night this winter.


Proceeds from every Amaro cocktail sold during the months of November, December, and January will be matched dollar for dollar by the Fish House and added to this campaign to help JimBo live his best life while battling ALS. Fish House patrons are also welcome to donate to the campaign through the restaurant on their checks from November to January.
