<div>On behalf of Amanda, Dian and Crystal, in partnership with The Amanda Edge, we are organizing this donation drive to support our mother, Pauline Plummer, and the families affected by Hurricane Melissa in the parish of St. Elizabeth. This community is where many of our family members were raised, went to school, attended church, and still call home today.

<div>Many of you know that my mother happened to be in Jamaica when the hurricane hit. It has been devastating to see how her community is hurting. Pauline is deeply rooted in St. Elizabeth, a faithful member of Hewitts View Baptist Church and someone who has poured into countless lives. Her roof, along with many others around her, was completely destroyed. Families around her have lost so much as clothes, furniture, personal belongings and household items were ruined. Many homes are still without electricity. Together, we can bring just a little comfort, relief, and hope to the community she loves dearly. It’s often the small towns that are overlooked after a disaster, and we will be on the ground providing direct relief.

<div><strong>#1) Community Supply Drive</strong> – During Thanksgiving week, our family will be traveling to Jamaica. We will be setting up a tent in the community to distribute 300-500 bags.

<div><strong>#2) Roof repair and construction support </strong>– Help us rebuild Pauline’s roof and provide materials such as plywood, zinc sheets, nails, tarps, and other essentials to families in the community.
</div>

<div><strong>#3) On the Ground Supplies</strong> – Some items will be purchased in Kingston due to customs restrictions and limited space (bleach, water, toilet paper, tools, food, and other essentials).
