My medical needs are so big that I need two loving helpers with me all the time just to get through ordinary days—which are never truly ordinary for me. Little things that wouldn’t bother most people—like a puppy barking or a snowplow driving by—can become dangerous for me. Those sounds can trigger seizures so intense they make me vomit or worse. ✨
