Our beautiful daughter Summer was born 12 weeks prematurely along with her identical twin sister in 2011 and as a direct result has cerebral palsy which cause a mixture of weakness and tightness in her muscles, especially her legs, making it difficult for her to move around independently.
Summer regularly attends private physiotherapy sessions, which over the course of just one year have dramatically improved her mobility. Summer has gained much more control over her muscle through strengthening excersises which has improved her balance and has increased her flexibilty enabling her to walk with just the aid of a walker, sit and crawl independently! !
This would have been almost impossible without the incredible efforts and knowledge provided by her private physiotherapists (and obviously Summers amazing effort, drive and determination!)
Unfortunatly physiotherapy is almost non existent on the NHS and It is so important for Summer and her future to continue to have regular, weekly access to private physiotherapy but at £70 an hour it is a huge cost for us as a family to fund alone.
We both would be so very grateful for your continued support, and can't thank you all enough for your huge support so far, in helping us towards funding Summers private physiotherapy costs and helping to change our beautiful daughters future!
