Stephanie Pickeral kidney transplant

Well my kidneys have finally given out! I have been on the transplant list for 10 years. I am now at the top of the list. I was  told by my doctor I need transplant right away however financially I am unable to afford to fly to Seattle for the surgery or stay in Seattle for at least 30 days for the mandatory follow up care after surgery. I am pretty good at helping other people; but not so good at asking people for help. Friends and loved ones this is me ; asking for your help.
