Stephen E. Dean's Funeral Expenses

Stephen Edward Dean Sr. flew into this world to the waiting arms of his loving parents, Lauretta Spike Dean and Byron W. Dean on December 23, 1953. His soul was swiftly & unexpectedly lifted up into the beautiful , pure light of God's grace presence on Sunday, September 17, 2017. 


He will forever be remembered as a man of compassion, honor, integrity, who deeply believed in the beauty of the human heart. His sudden departure has left a family frozen in yesterdays, grieving the incomprehensible loss of such a unique spirit & unceasingly praying for God's grace & guidance.


Left to honor his memory, is his devoted wife of 43 years & eternal soulmate, Mary Cunningham-Dean; his beloved children, who will forever hold their father's legacy deep in their hearts, Kristina Renee Selsor Dean, twin daughters Brandy Dean Chandler and Amanda Dean Tyler, and his only son Stephen Edward Dean Jr.; treasured grandchildren, Wyatt, Aidan, and Liam Chandler, Chance, Brendon, and Paige Tyler, and Campbell Riley Dean; precious daughters-in-law, Courtney Dean and Camille Selsor Dean; wonderful sons-in-law, DeRance Chandler and Steven Tyler; loving nephew, Terry Cunningham and wife Mitzi ; 3 brothers, whom he loved beyond measure, Rick, Jeff, and Doug Dean and their families; numerous other relatives; and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. A Recitation of the Rosary and Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 22, 2017 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Road.
