Stand with Salony: Holistic Healing

This is Salony: A light worker, a trail blazer and one of the bravest souls I know. 

She is also a mother of 2 beautiful boys, a wife, daughter, sister, friend and life coach to many. 

Despite all of the obstacles that our current medical system has placed before her, Salony is following her intuition and personal conviction that the breast cancer in her body can be cured holistically. 

Previously, Salony had championed for so many of her friends and family, including her mother and sister in law when they both were diagnosed with breast cancer.   For her own family, she selflessly put her own life on hold, including the lives of her young children, to be there by her family member's side with unwavering support and dedication. She was their medical advocate and guide.   The holistic options she discovered while she supported her mother and sister in law are those that she is faithfully pursuing NOW.

She is WALKING THE WALK. Not as a last  ditched effort after trying traditional medicine (which is when most people try alternative options).  Not as a supplementary method while pursuing chemo and radiation.  Salony believes so much in ALL of our bodies' innate and phenomenal ability to heal itself that she is pursuing her own healing without conventional treatments such as radiation and chemotherapy.  As her first line of healing. 

Salony has powerfully chosen to pursue her cancer healing via various methods including The Gerson Therapy (more info available @ https://gerson.org/gerpress/). 

Unfortunately our Ontario health system (OHIP) and her extended medical coverage through work is NOT supporting her at the time when she needs it the most.   She has been forced to go back to work by her health insurance company because she opted not to do “traditional chemo and radiation.”  This is despite advising them of the 12-16 hour Gerson routine that she undertakes daily.  None of the medical professionals that she is consulting with are OHIP covered (naturopaths and doctors outside of Canada who are successfully performing cutting edge cancer treatments), so pursing this has to come from her own resources. 

The Gerson Therapy  involves making and consuming 13 cold-pressed organic juices a day, taking a multitude of essential supplements and performing 3 to 5 coffee enemas a day.  If anyone saw the daily routine that Salony effortlessly pursues, with the support of her loving husband and children, you would get a glimpse of  the unimaginable.  On top of being a working parent of two teenage boys, which alone is handful for so many of us, Salony relentlessly continues her holistic therapy routine...every single day.  Her "day off" is when she fasts from all food and drinks.   Often she undergoes the fasts to give her husband Michael a day off from helping her with juicing.  Salony also takes various supplements and vitamins critical to this detox routine, all of which she had to personally research and source from around the world.  This has already cost thousands of dollars.   Some of her medication, such as high doses of Vitamin C supplements, have to be administered by IV.   Local naturopaths can administer this but this cost is not covered by OHIP.   For example, a full round of the high dose Vitamin C treatment costs approximately $16,000.  

Taking this on is hard work and extremely costly.  For the majority of us in Ontario, the medical treatments we need are fully covered. Unfortunately, for those who believe in the health & holistic way, our amazing health system is simply not there yet. 

Salony believes in the power of our bodies. And we believe in her. 

There is no braver person.
There is no louder voice.

Right now most people that are diagnosed with cancer don't believe they have any other options.  Visionaries like Salony are paving the way for all of us and our loved ones who follow.   What I know for sure is that when Salony gets through this and out to the other side, she will use her personal power, devotion to others, and voice to help so many people that come after her.  

Your contribution would be used to support Salony in obtaining her supplements, naturopathic treatments, holistic therapy, the organic vegetables that are her healing medication, and possibly a 4-6 week Intensive Healing Treatment at The Gerson Institute, or one comparable, in the US or Mexico.
