St. Maarten Hurricane Irma support

Friends and family,
I have been fortunate enough to travel to the beautiful island of St. Maarten. During my travels there I have met some of the nicest and friendliest people. They have been absolutely devastated by Hurricane Irma and the storms that followed after. In speaking with one friend imparticular she has mentioned that the people of St Maarten are in desperate need of building materials and basic essentials. For example they need tarps to cover their homes as a stop gap and then materials to rebuild most have severely damaged roofs or have lost them all together. I plan to donate 100% of the money to a local organization on the ground in St. Maarten, K1 Britannia Foundation. They are doing some great things for the people from clean up to rebuilding homes to providing support to the schools. Clothing donations would be greatly appreciated as well and if you live in NH can be arranged by messaging me. The people of St Maarten rely almost solely on tourism and these storms have reaked havoc on the tourism industry. It will be a long, long road to recovery as they do not have the infrastructure to rebuild quickly so every little bit helps. Thank you.
