I am asking my friends and family and anyone interested in saving Catholic education as it was meant to be to consider making a donation to the legal defense fund to help us fight the Bishop of Buffalo's decision to close my kids' school at the end of this year.
I and many others feel that this decision violated the guidelines that were established by the Diocese and is surrounded by secrecy. The Bishop has refused to meet with us. We have appealed this decision to the Vatican's Congregation for Catholic Education and had the first attempt at reversal of the decision be denied. We await a response to the challenge, but may need to file an appeal with the Apostolic Signatura. Legal fees need your support.
Those who know me know I don't get into a fight unless I know I'm right. This school needs to be kept open. It is a what every school should be.
