Sridhar's Heart and lung surgery

Hi, I am Srikanth Nadipalli and I am starting this fund raiser campaign for my brother Sridhar Nadipalli (24), who has been recently admitted in a hospital for a heart surgery which would enhance his chances of living by few more years.

He is physically disabled since birth, despite his physical condition he has lived his life with positivity, hard work and courage and never let his disability stop him from doing his work. His body has taken a toll in past few years and now he is suffering from heart and lung disease, due to which he collapsed then we immediately rushed him to the hospital where we found out about the ongoing heart disease he's been suffering through, 

He is currently being treated in ICU at Yashodha hospital, his condition is really critical and his heart is not able to function properly due to lung deformities, need to undergo surgery immediately. After examining my brother doctors said it is a risky surgery as it is a rare case because of his body formation as he is physically disabled.

 Our father passed away when we are very young and my mother went through brain surgery recently and she is not aware about my brother’s Condition right now... the only support to family is myself.

please help us save him by contributing whatever amount possible towards his operation to save his life and The funds raised would distributed towards his surgery, medicines and rehabilitation.
