Sophia’s Surgery!

Hi everyone! Our family is asking for help with our little Sophia’s surgery. Sophia was born with a condition called Billiary Atresia, a rare disease of the liver and bile ducts, where a liver transplant is needed. She has been in and out of the hospital numerous times in her short 16 months of life with fevers, infections and having a feeding tube inserted. Finally after months of doctors appointments, a donor has been found, Sophia’s great aunt! The surgery is scheduled for May 8th 2018. Sophia’s surgery is covered but my brother, Scott and sister in law, Kristen will need help with other expenses. Scott will be out of work for at least two weeks while Sophia is in recovery (she could be in the hospital longer) and Kristen will be taking a leave of absence from work until Sophia is well enough for her to go back. The amount being asked for will cover a months rent, utilities, the two weeks Scott will miss from work, travel to and from the hospital, and food expenses (since they’re only allotted $7 a day for two people).  Please help how ever you can, weather it be monetarily or by sharing this through social media accounts to make sure Scott and Kristen only have to worry about Sophia!
