SoleAna Stables Start-Up Fund
At SoléAna Stables our mission is to enhance and transform the lives of individuals and families with mental and physical challenges within a loving, family-like atmosphere using the healing power of horses.
Our program will offer quality therapeutic riding and equine assisted activities to individuals with a wide range of physical and cognitive needs which include, but are not limited to: Attention Deficit Disorder, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Developmental Delays, Hearing and Vision Impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, PTSD and Speech Delays.
For many families, not only does therapeutic riding offer their loved one independence, a sense of belonging and acceptance, but it also gives the family HOPE. I have watched a mom shed tears of joy as she watched her daughter smile, for the first time that day, as she mounted her horse. Or a boy who is typically non-verbal speak to his horse with a tendernes that comes only from the bond they share. There are so many families waiting for these stories to be THEIR stories; families looking for HOPE to be restored. Today is your chance to help these stories become theirs!
