I will also be putting on a recital to help fundraise for this page. I will be singing some of my favorites from opera, musical theater, and more! I will also be joined by some special-guest faculty of my performing arts school K.O. Voice Studio.

As many of you know, I am very passionate about the pursuit of my opera career. Since graduating from my Masters Degree, I have been lucky enough to continue my education through summer programs and opera companies in order to build my resume and gain experience. Recently, I have received the opportunity to sing a dream role of mine as a young artist for Varna International Music Academy. I will be singing a lead role as Donna Elvira in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, taking voice lessons and coachings, performing in concerts and masterclasses, and receiving artistic training from some of the finest opera faculty in the world.

This money will go towards travel expenses, housing for the month, and the fees to work with world renowned artists, teachers, and coaches. I am very optimistic that these connections will help springboard my career in the US and internationally.

The program in Italy comes from my own personal expenses and as much as I am excited for this opportunity, I would truly appreciate any help and support to take this next step to further my career. In truth, a career in opera comes with many expenses as one’s training/traveling/etc is a lifelong journey. Any help at all is so very much appreciated!
