Stuffing Sierra's Santa Sack

Happy Christmas! In the spirit of the giving season, here's a suggestion: Instead of inflicting a garish tie on your brother or a carcinogenic face cream on your aunt, how about saving Sierra's body condition?

Sierra has been on the waiting list for three critical orthotic supports necessary for preventing deformities for 12 months (I have recently been informed this wait will continue. The Govt. has placed an indefinite hold on funding equipment for families in my area due to a backlog in application processing).

The three critical pieces:
- A ribbed body suit $2150 - which enables her to sit (without it she folds forward or sideward causing irreversible scoliosis)
- Foot orthotics $1500 - which keep her feet in natural position (without them her ankles roll over and the achilles tendon quickly shortens causing permanent damage)
- Wrist orthotics $1150 - which enable her to use her hands (without these her hands turn over into fists and she loses the functionality of her hands entirely) 

Sierra has completely outgrown the previous orthotics, which means that we are forced to use a suit which is broken and actually cutting off the circulation in her arms, use foot supports which are causing calcification bubbles on her feet and wrist supports which are giving her blisters on her hands from the hard surfaces and straps being too tight.    

This situation is now untenable and rather than worry endlessly I am reaching out to you!
