Somos alunos finalistas do 2° ano do Curso de Realização de Cinema e TV da ETIC_Algarve. Estamos a realizar um Documentário intitulado ‘From War, With Love’. Esta Curta-metragem explora a uma poderosa história de amor, através de cartas trocadas durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Não temos financiamento do projeto garantido, pelo que, a maioria dos custos associados à produção estão ao nosso encargo, então precisamos de ajuda para podermos realizar o filme a 100%, e é aí que vocês entram! Agradecemos imenso qualquer ajuda que nos possam oferecer, quer seja ela monetária ou através da partilha do nosso projeto e da nossa campanha.

O valor angariado será utilizado para cobrir as despesas do filme, nomeadamente deslocação geral e para a Inglaterra, alimentação da equipa e outros custos de produção.

We are final-year students from the Film and TV Production course at ETIC_Algarve. We are currently working on a documentary titled From War, With Love. This short film explores a powerful love story through letters exchanged during World War II.

Synopsis:

A young woman, who never met her great-grandparents, explores a box of letters they exchanged during World War II. As she reads these intimate messages, she uncovers the profound love story that blossomed during one of the most tumultuous periods in history.

Through these letters, she not only forms a deeper connection with her ancestors, discovering the bond they shared, their dreams, struggles, and sacrifices during the war, but also learns the power of love and memory across generations.

We don’t yet have guaranteed funding for this project, so most of the production costs are on us. This is where you come in! We greatly appreciate any support you can offer, whether it’s financial or by sharing our project and campaign.

The funds raised will go towards covering the film’s expenses, including general travel costs and travel to England, meals for the crew, and other production costs.
