Help for veteran needed after tragic accident

On Feburary 10th 2020, Shelby Fox experienced a terrible accident at work. She was climbing an extension ladder to install a cable line on a pole across the street. A car managed to drive over the cable wire and it ended up ripping Shelby down from her ladder. Her left femur was broken into three pieces and her left ankle was completely smashed and will require a further surgery. Her right tibia and fibula were broken as well. Three ribs were fractured, bruised lung and compression of the L5 disk in her spine. Since this was a work related incident, she will eventually get worker's compensation. But in the meantime, the bills and rent will keep adding up. The payments from worker's comp are also 30% less than her usual paycheck would be, and so money will be very tight for a while. 

Shelby is one of the most caring and giving individuals that I have ever met. She would do anything and everything to help a friend in need. She gave eight years of her life to our military, including being deployed overseas. 

Shelby will now face many months of physical therapy, but this will be forever life changing. Her second surgery will be in the next couple days. And the possibility of surgery on her spine still looms over her as well.
