Help with service dog training

My name is David I am a Gulf war veteran with service connected disability I have a limited income from the VA. Loki, my service dog who has been with me for 15 months needs more training. Unfortunately I do not have the funds to continue his training. I am looking to raise money to help continue his training. I have found a highly recommended trainer in my area who is willing to give me a good price but I dont have the funds to cover it. Any help you can give would be fantastic has he is the only thing that has kept me sane for the past year or so. Due to cutbacks the VA has eliminated their program to help veterans with service dogs. any money I receive that is above and beyond what training will cost will go towards Loki's upkeep with food and vet visits etc. I always had difficulty asking for help and this is no different but without your donations I'm afraid to Loki will not receive the training he needs and get over his teenage rebellion phase and be able to continue working as my service dog.
