Sequoia Needs Your Help

My 1 year old pup Sequoia stopped eating and drinking. This morning she wouldn't stand up. I had to carry her into the Vet's office today, and they can't figure out what's wrong. Symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, high blood pressure, complete lethargy, and dehydration.
They say she's at the point where she needs IV fluids immediately, along with a list of tests to be run overnight, but they won't admit her without money down. (See picture of estimate)
Willamette Veterinary Hospital requires $750 to admit her, with total cost of treatment estimated at $1,512.10 - $1,997.65.

For those of you who don't know my situation, I am in-between jobs right now with two employment offers on the table. One is with Comcast here in Oregon and the other is with a fiber optic cabling company back in the suburbs of Chicago. These jobs do not begin until next month, and Sequoia doesn't have that much time. I have applied for Care Credit and have been denied. This is really our last chance to get her help.
