Send My Mom Back To Nicaragua

My mom is the greatest Mom in the world and she has the biggest heart!! She has the opportunity to use her skills and talents for those less fortunate in Nicaragua on a surgical mission again. My mom is happiest when she is serving others. For her birthday, I would like to raise funds to help her return to Nicaragua in October. I really need your help.
