Send Keith to The Amputee World Cup

Help send Keith Mann to the Amputee Soccer World Cup this Coming winter!

Keith lost his leg when he was 17 after a freak accident at school involving glass severed part of his left leg. Keith quickly adapted to the changes of being an amputee and remained an excellent athlete. But he but thought he might have to give up soccer, his favorite sport.

Keith became interested in amputee soccer after getting in contact with amputee soccer's Executive Director Rick Hofmann just a year after he lost his leg. He played for Philadelphia Regional was the leading scorer in the 2003 US National 4 v 4 Championships.

After losing his leg, Keith found solace through the American Amputee Soccer Team, marathons and triathlons. Keith has completed the New York City Marathon on forearm crutches and competes in various sprint triathlons without the use of his prosthesis.

This year, the American Amputee Soccer Team has been invited to participate in the Amputee Soccer World Cup in Mexico. Unfortunately, costs are high. Please help us raise the funds to get Keith there!

Funds will be used to pay for flights, room and board, practices and equipment! Any funds beyond our initial request will be used for training materials and to (hopefully!) get some publicity for the event!!
