Help Send Jaeden to Camp Sweeney!

On July 3rd, 2016 Jaeden was diagnosed with a new onset of Type 1 diabetes. Jaeden's whole life changed in a instant. He has handled his new life like champ. After only 76 days, he began administering his own insulin shots and taking responsibility for his health. As a mother, I am beyond proud of my son. Jaeden has recently expressed an interest in attending a camp for children with diabetes. The camps offer children with diabetes the freedom from their parents, along with the comfort of having medical professionals near by. It is my goal to make this dream happen for my son. The camp fees are 3,600 dollars and supplies specifically needed for the camp will probably be over 500 dollars.  Helping me send Jaeden to Camp Sweeney will allow my son to experience summer camp in a safe environment. Help us reach our goal of sending Jaeden to Camp Sweeney!
