Send Eugene Kids to Duck Basketball

In early February I was involved in a major car accident with my two sons, and through that accident, I was connected with hundreds of people who I knew or didn't know with support for my family and for my oldest son who was severely injured. The support from many people in our community has helped and continues to help me and my family get through a very difficult time in our lives. I wanted to come up with a way I could say thank you and also do something positive and impact other people, especially other kids in our Eugene/Springfield community. 

Basketball is my favorite sport and it is also my son Ryan's favorite sport. Both my boys love going to Oregon basketball games. And so, I'd like to raise money so that as many kids in the Eugene/Springfield area can attend an Oregon basketball game this season free of charge. I've targeted the Dec. 8th home game at Matthew Knight Arena against Nebraska-Omaha as the game I'll be purchasing tickets for.

I've reached out to the University of Oregon's Athletic Department and they've agreed to provide special pricing for the tickets to help maximize every dollar donated. 

I plan on running this fundraiser till Nov. 26th and then purchasing the tickets and donating them to the local Boys and Girl's Club and other after-school programs in the Eugene/Springfield area.
