Combo Breaker 2015 is set to be one of the best and biggest tournaments Skullgirls has ever seen, and I want to help honor some of our most far-flung community members by bring one of them up to Chicago this May! Hailing from the Skullgirls Brasil group, "Mwisk," is a visa-holding, fightstick-sporting old school fighter who loves him some Skullgirls, and if we can get this campaign done right, he'll represent Brazil at Combo Breaker 2015!
Brazilian spending power is unfortunately like, a 2-8 matchup against the USA, so the cost of a ticket from there to here is pretty damn expensive. We're hoping to raise enough to at least partially subsidize his trip up here. The estimated cost for his visit would be around 1600-2000 USD, so we're setting our sights on 1000 USD to help defray costs.
In a special development, Virginia player winnie has been made an honorary Brazilian, and will receive the first $300 raised after the campaign reaches its original $1000 goal! This will allow him to come out to Combo Breaker, as well!
