Help Ali study abroad!

This page is dedicated to helping Ali study design abroad in Seoul, Korea this Fall! If she attends her university of choice, she will become the first student from her major and department at her school to do so. This university is regarded as one of the best design schools in Korea, one of the best design universities in the world, and is especially renowned for its Industrial Design Major! She has been learning Korean ever since a family friend told her about Korean Industrial Design's emergence in the product and design realm (see: Hyundai, Kia, LG, Samsung), but will absorb more Korean words than ever with this semester abroad! Learning about the Korean design perspective, furthering her Korean Language education, and of course learning all there is to learn when one studies abroad at a top university are to be her top priorities next semester.

The reason this gofundme campaign exists is that she is working two jobs, a job on the side, and extras here and there to help pay for her next and final year of college. Even with these jobs, she still might not make enough to fund her trip! The cost of next semester has grown to more than she originally calculated. Help this girl who never stops working go on an educational trip of a lifetime, so she can work, and learn, some more!

Korean Lesson: Every "box", if you will, of Korean is 2-4 individual symbols, and each symbol has its own sound. These little boxes are usually one syllable. Korean is very easy to learn how to read and write!
