<div>Gymnastics wasn’t always part of our plan.

</div>
<div>Like many families raising a child with Down syndrome, we spent years searching for programs that were truly inclusive. Many weren’t accessible, and others simply weren’t designed with kids like Braedyn in mind.

</div>
<div>Then we found gymnastics.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What started as a way to build strength and coordination quickly became something much more. Through patient coaching and encouragement, Braedyn found confidence, routine, and a true sense of belonging.

<div><strong>He wasn’t defined by limitations — only by effort and growth.</strong>

<div>A Journey to the World Stage

<div>In 2025, Braedyn competed at the <strong>First Pan-American Open Gymnastics Championships for athletes with Down syndrome</strong>, earning:

<div>Now, he has been invited to represent Canada at the 2026 World Championships — a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

<div>Braedyn proudly trains with the <strong>Campbell River Gymnastics Association</strong>, where he continues to grow as both an athlete and a young man.
